I never really listened to the lyrics of this song properly until recently. After hearing Imaginary Future’s version of it, it made me re-listen to it with new ears. As someone who is on that journey (no pun intended) of pursuing artistic dreams, this one’s a song I can now resonate with on a deeper level

I wanted to play with lights and create a mood inspired by the song. I had thought of doing a whole elaborate illustration of my thoughts on the song but decided to just create a concept and mood and let the song speak for it

#inktober day 15: weak | just catching up from a few days back. This one feels like it can be interpreted in different ways. The word weak made me think of weaknesses, but more so going towards the word vulnerable. Sometimes anger is a reaction to situations where we are vulnerable.

This doodle shows how rare I actually draw manly figures as a subject 😂 it’s (really) bad 😨 I only hope the emotion comes across. I’ll get better.

#inktober day 16: angular | there were many ways to approach this theme but the thought process began from word to geometric shapes to doing something with mirrors to Gaudi’s mosaic. Had to stop thinking so I ended up here. Oh and I totally googled an angular shape and based the foundation of this character from it. Not so sure if I like this or not but posting anyway…💃

Bloom | a super short animation exercise.
